Duck with chipped bill

My 3 month old duck has chipped her bill! Not quite sure how, but it seems to have bled a bit and then stopped. I put neosporin on it but that won't stay on for long. Should I just leave it be because it's not bleeding anymore or are there steps I should be taking to prevent further injury or infection?

I don't have ducks but if it was my chicken, I'd just keep an eye on it, offer soft foods for awhile, like a mash form. Keep it as clean as possible for about a week.
