Duckling doesnt want to eat drink and sit (please help)

I have two ducklings for a few weeks now and one of them seems to be unhealthy. The last few days it breathes with its mouth open even though it is not too hot and it sounded like a person with a runny nose, but it was still eating and drinking. Yesterday I found out that it is not eating and drinking anymore. It also doesn't want to sit and keeps standing in a spot. Also, when it breathes the part under its neck is getting much bigger than gets smaller at a continuous pace. it also doesn't seem to clean its nostrils by putting its head underwater. Sadly due to the current pandemic situation we cant go to the vet, please help. thanks.

Also try seeing if it has some thing stuck in his nose or throat.

In case you are confused, I'm basisicaly summoning these peoples attention by using the "@" and "there name". You can do it too.
