What is this and how do I fix it???

Its where they absorb the yolk, will be fine, one of mine that hatched last week also had a bit of yolk still to absorb, was gone the next morning.

So do we just leave him with the other ducklings under the heat lamp?

I would, it doesnt look too bad, as long as its not literally hanging on the floor, is it leaking any fluid or is it dry ??

its dry, no fluid i soaked it with a warm water on a cotton ball and it started to come off a little
