I need help! I have a young hen that got pecked by an older hen and her eye is closed, then I noticed she has been continuously
Shaking and scratching her head. I have used Earth Demaious, I have given her Vetrx, Poultry Cell. I absolutely adore this hen and I need some guidance.

What makes you think ear mites? Those symptoms alone or have you seen something. If she was pecked in the head to the point her eye is shut that can cause the head shaking and scratching due to being in pain/uncomfortable in some cases the pecking can cause more permanent damage.

Check inside her eye for any debris or eye bubbles/foam. Can you see any body mites or lice crawling on her skin around her neck, under wings, or lower belly under the vent? You can insert a QTip inside her ear to check for mites or gunk in the ear canal. If you see body mites or lice, use permethrin garden dust sold at most feed stores. If there are ear mites, smothering them with mineral oil or coconut oil, and then cleaning them out would help. Read post 4 in this thread for help on treating an ear infection, whether it is from mites, bacteria, virus, or fungus:

I seen white particles coming off of her but nothing that looks like mites.
She keeps scratching and her ear is swollen and has scabs on it. What do you suggest I do ?

I have seen white particles but nothing crazy. What should I do ?

Do the white particles move or look like lice eggs, or dry skin/dander? Lice are beige, but they lay eggs at the base of feathers that are white to gray. Can you check her ear with QTips for any drainage? It won’t hurt to use a little coconut or olive oil, even vaseline in the ear canal to smother any ear mites, once you clean it.
