Early stage bumble foot or something else?

Today I noticed one of my girls had a small sore on the top of her foot between her toes. I picked her up and just barely put pressure near it to see was it was and a small, hard ball of puss popped right out. No blood at all and I couldn't see any leftover bits. It did leave a gaping hole though. I cleansed it really well and put on non-numbing antibiotic cream but she got away from me before I could get gauze to wrap it and now I can't catch her again. Hopefully she roosts in the coop so I can get her but some of my flock roost in trees and I'm not sure if she is one. Photos attached and are zoomed in and cropped for a good view.

I would guess it was bumble foot. I would keep the wound wrapped until it heals. Keep it clean and apply a healing ointment on it. I think you should see a difference with a couple of weeks.

Thank you. This is the first time I've experienced this so wasn't sure. I couldn't find her last night so I'll have to try and catch her today and get it cleaned again and wrapped.
