Easter egg pullet?

Hi everyone! I’ve had chickens for a year, a woman I know gave me 6 pullets last spring. They’ve been so fun for my family and we love having fresh eggs. We recently had one pass and so I got two young chickens from a Craigslist ad. This one is supposed to be an Easter Egger, “probably” a pullet, I believe she said she was born in June. Does it look like a pullet? Our township doesn’t allow roosters and made a neighbor put theirs down, so I am anxious to know if this is a male or female, so if need be, I can deal with it before the kids grow attached. I will try to get more pictures later, she/he is very skittish, and runs from my unlike my other chickens.
