Title pretty much says it all! Can someone help me determine if this is a hen or a roo. Bought from rural king and supposed to be all pullets. However they’re all the same age and she’s the only one with a bright red comb. She’s got major attitude, puffy cheeks. I’m a first time chicken owner so I haven’t a clue! I thought long tail feathers meant hen, but I’m not sure about this one! Thanks in advance 😊

Also to avoid making multiple posts, do you recommend taking their water out at night? Our ducks and chickens are in a coop together, and the ducks have all our shavings soaked constantly from splashing in the water. Do ducks or chickens need water at night?
