One of my Lohmann Brown hens (less than a year old) is presenting as egg bound; only watery excrement, no poop as such, no egg in two days, and very lethargic. She was in and out of her coop trying to lay.
I've given her two warm water baths already, brought her into the house to keep her warm and she's currently in a dog crate in the bathroom with a nest box and some food with added shell and water. I've also put some vaseline around the inside of her vent, but while I was there I couldn't feel an egg. That being said, I didn't want to push too deeply - and I'm sure I can feel an egg when I feel around the outside. She seems to be a little thinner than normal and is letting us pet and cuddle her (and at her best, she would absolutely not let us do that without pecking us - it's one of her personality quirks!).

I realise it is a long shot, but does anyone have any advice about anything else I could do to help my girl? I'm really worried about her. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't feel for an egg.

Give her 1 Calcium Citrate with D3 tablet now, then once daily for a week.

She needs the extra calcium to help push the egg out.
Thanks. I've crushed one up and popped it beside the food I've given her, so fingers crossed.

You should pop a whole (calcium +d3) pill in her mouth! She really needs it if she is egg bound and odds are she won’t eat the crushed up one at her own free will. Gently pull her wattles down and pop the pill in, let go of the wattles and she’ll swallow. If it seems daunting, just remember that they can swallow mice whole.

☝️This. Don't rely on the hen eating the Calcium, it needs to be given orally.
