Egg bound hen?

Hey everyone, today my hen started displaying her normal, usual egg laying behaviour. Making the 'egg song', scratching at her laying spot etc... This was around 8am and she still hasn't laid an egg. I looked everywhere and haven't found one. She's still eating and very active. Is it possible that she's egg bound or that she was never going to lay an egg to begin with? Please help!

I would check her for other symptoms

If she is acting normal she is fine. Hens don't lay every day and on the days they don’t they will join in the egg song with the other sometimes jumping in and out of the nesting boxes.
