So my hen is almost 2 years old. She's normally an active runner and a healthy layer. She hasn't been moving much for the past day and a half and there's definitely an egg in there that she hasn't laid. I've tried all the usual things for an egg-bound hen. We've done a warm Epsom salt soak, Vaseline, a massage. She has been standing all day (literally 9 hours straight) not doing any eating and barely drinking. She keeps her head tucked in like in the picture and she clacks her beak every once in awhile but she doesn't walk around at all. Her breathing also sounds a bit hard and this afternoon (about 30 hours after all this started) she passed some weird green clots and these two small rubbery pebble things. What the heck is going on??

Those rubbery things she passed are called lash eggs (its puss, not actually eggs), which mean she has Salpingitis. Its inflammation of the oviduct. Once caught usually its too late to treat it. All you can do is offer supportive care measures.

Does she have any bloating in the abdomen area?
Her breathing may mean she has a bloated abdomen and its putting pressure on her organs. Her comb color indicates that too.

I would give her some Calcium Citrate +D3 to help her pass any more lash eggs coming.

Her droppings suggest she's not eating enough.
Since she's very lethargic I would be hesitant to get food into her, although she does need it. You could try wetting down feed until you can form little balls and just pop those into her mouth.
