egg incubator ventilation direction?

Can anyone tell me correct direction for ventilation?
It is to heating element? Or not?

on a forced air incubator air intake should be on the negative pressure side of the circulation fan and your exit on a positive side.

for still air intake at bottom, exit at top.

if you mean airflow then the fan blows across the heating element.
