I was reading to see what the egg size is considered to be by the weight of the egg.

My Australorps lay eggs over 62 grams and I read that those are considered extra large eggs.

I read that Speckled Sussex lay large eggs. Well, I have a Speckled Sussex who has been laying for almost a month now. And her eggs are little. Now I know that with time, they will probably increase in size, but I am talking TINY eggs. Bantam size. Her eggs are about 32 grams which I read are the smallest on the chicken egg scale and are called Peewees. Is she just going to always lay tiny eggs or do you think they will eventually get to be large eggs?

I know my Australorps eggs were smaller when they started laying, but they were never THAT small.

You've been misinformed. Speckled Sussex lay small eggs. I remember well when my SS started laying. Usually the eggs reach full size within a month. But my SS eggs remain pee-wee size. Seven years later, they are still pee-wee size.

According to Henderson's Breed Chart Sussex are supposed to lay a medium egg and mine did. They were not Peewee but certainly not as large as my Delaware or Australorp.

There is something else working too. Each chicken is an individual. Breeds have tendencies but those are just an average. Any one individual can be well off from the averages. If a breed is supposed to go broody your individual might never. If a breed is supposed to lay 220 eggs a year your individual might lay 260 or less than 100. If a breed is supposed to lay a medium egg some individuals will lay small or large. You have to have enough birds for averages to mean anything. One individual bird is not enough to establish breed tendencies. You said you only have one.

The eggs should continue to increase in size but the rate or increase will really slow. It's highly likely they will always be on the small side.
