Emergency? - chicken pimple/ingrown feather?

Yeah I don't know how else to describe what I found on my heads head beside a pimple. She had all her head feathers plucked out and she is regrowing them, but I'm just courious on what the white spot on her head could be. I didn't want to touch it before getting advice.

What i also think it could be is an ingrown feather. But idk
