My emus began their egg production season on November 13, 2010 and I will have the emu hatching eggs available in late November or December. The emus should lay eggs through the Winter months to about April. The emus are very popular right now and the emu hatching eggs are getting hard to find. I do not hatch emu chicks anymore but just sell the fresh emu eggs for hatching or eating. I ship the hatching eggs Priority Mail.
