1) What type of bird , age and weight
Modern Game Bantam, 8 months old. Has lost a bit of weight.

2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Previously she became almost paralyzed while going through her first molt (this thread). I got her inside, gave her food and water, and she is walking and getting around much better now.

But her appetite is poor. She literally will not eat anything except for black soldier fly larvae! Also her poops look like this (the first two pix have entire undigested fly larvae in them!):

3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
she had diarrhea for 2 weeks, but the first week she was still eating food so it wasn't so watery and green.

4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
no

5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
no

6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
molt?

7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
eating black soldier fly larvae, a little bit of oatmeal. Ignores dry feed, wet feed, cooked eggs, mealworms, scratch. Drinking water with rooster booster.

8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Watery and green, it shoots out the side of the crate instead of falling into the pan.

9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Took a stool sample to a clinic for fecal float test, it was negative for worms, cocci, bacteria.

10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
self

11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
mostly inside because the other chickens keep chasing and pecking her. outside for a few hours every day when I can keep an eye on her.

I'm sorry she is not improving.

Did you ever treat her for Coccidiosis?

I quickly read your other thread, unfortunately, I do agree, it sounds like she may have Marek's, but it's always a good idea to get a fecal float and gram stain to rule out Coccidiosis, worms and infection.

California has a very good state lab system, if you don't have a vet, make arrangements to send some samples to them for testing. Here's a link to the lab http://cahfs.ucdavis.edu/

A fecal float test was done, came back negative for Coccidia and worms. Also said negative for bacterial infection (not sure if that is gram stain). :(

It's good that you had some testing.
If you happen to lose her, sending the body for necrospy will give you answers.

I do see on your other thread, someone suggested tube feeding. That may be something to look into. I realize you are doing everything you can for her and understand it can be very distressing taking care of a sick bird.
