Feather plucking—how to treat?

My little mallard duck, Rowan, flew over the fence divider between my two flocks today Her flock loves her, but my second flock are three times as big and don’t like her at all. I found her tonight on their side of the run with the feathers on the back of her little neck all plucked and raw. Is there any sort of cream or ointment you can suggest to soothe her skin?

Make a Saline rinse,

Use 1 quart (4 cups) of distilled water, or boil 1 quart of tap water for 5 minutes. Do not use well water or sea water. Add 2 teaspoons of table salt. Mix the water and salt well until the salt is completely dissolved.

and once cooled, pour it on the wound. Some Neosporin will probably be helpful to put on afterwards.

(Don't be alarmed if her feathers come back white. You might see a green spot which is bruising. This is all depending on how bad it is.)
