Feathered legs, tiny comb

So I got my (first) chicks from Tractor Supply in March. I'm not sure any were the right breed/gender I asked for .

My question is about this girl here: she was supposed to be a rhode island red but obviously she's something else. She has a very tiny comb and some feathering down the outside of her legs. She's 6 weeks old. Any ideas what she might be? It's the feather legs that are confounding me!

By tiny comb, do you mean something other than a standard single comb?
Feathered legs are often wierd genetic quirk. Have you checked hoovers website for clues?

It's got a pea comb.

Cochins have single combs. So it might have a pea comb, or it might be a Cochin, but not both.

I can't see the comb clearly enough to be sure either way.
