Hey! I tend to give my ladies anything from the vegetable garden that's basically finished producing, other things I grow specially for them like brassicas and chard (beet greens).

I'm currently giving them French bean plants and pepper and chilli plants and fennel that's flowered.

Is there anything there that maybe isn't so good for them and why?

For the most part they'll avoid anything that isn't good for them. My birds love tomatoes but won't touch tomato or potato plants except to dig them out of the ground when they're tiny. They don't like mushrooms. Their instincts seem to be sufficient unless they're really hungry.
