Fencing for ducklings

Looking to build a temporary duckling pen to keep them out of the pond when not being monitored;

I have a ton of orange construction net fence

what age will they not fit through??

It won't keep any predators out. You would be better off using hardware cloth.

Not sure on age they grow fast, but they can squeeze easier than you think. My guess is by 3 weeks they won't fit through. Careful they don't get stuck, but if one slips through it won't go to the pond without the others.

You may not even need to do this. I allowed my ducks full access to the pond at 3 weeks and they were fine. But it depends on the size/depth of it, and the age of your ducks.
