This morning I confirmed my suspicions on one of our silver Sebrights being a cockerel.
We are in an area with a lot of wild/feral chickens, so there is a lot of crowing in the distance in the mornings and evenings.
This morning, I heard a little trilly kazoo noise and watched the little dude go through the whole motion to produce the tiniest crow attempt. My heart~!
We were hoping for only one roo, but with straight run Sebrights, we probably have 3/5 as male
Hopefully they are quiet crowers and stay cute and trilly!
