My first time incubating they started hatching yesterday morning one left, can i take egg shells out and can i do anything for the last one it hasn't pipped.

Yes, you can remove spent shells. Just do it quickly so the temp doesn't fall too far, too fast. Give the last egg another day. If you're still worried, by then, you can try candling it to make sure it's still alive.

I don't know why you need to remove the shells.
That said, if there is only one that didn't hatch, it may be a dud.
How many eggs did you start with? How many hatched? On what day did most hatch? What day is it on now?
Normally, I don't interfere and just let everything run till they are done. Opening the incubator at any time after pipping starts can cut your hatch rate due to shrink wrapping.

Good hatch rate.

Off the top of my head, sex links, crested cream legbars and breeds with chipmunky colored chicks.
With fast feathering strains, you can use flight feather length in the first 24 hours.
