I'm going to be building a chicken tractor very soon, nothing super fancy. Just a PVC box covered in hardware cloth. I want it to be as safe as possible, so I'll be making some u stakes to hold down the run after moving it each day, but I'm still deciding on what to do about skirting.
Does it even matter? I know that flip down skirting attached to the tractor will add to the weight.
