This weekend the coop is being moved across the field to my house.

Full on Bok Bok Bok from Dakota today. She was disturbed, because I left the chickens room to go get her some steak. She wanted me to stay right with her, and not step out for even a moment. But she’s still a no touch hen.

They are two twins to me! Different when I see their heads and poofs, yes, and in videos when they move, one us bolder as you've noted, but I don't actually remember who is who yet! Reminder?

Niamh is still a little smaller, has more white in her poof, white on the tops of her wing feathers, and has a crazier poof with a long white mullet on the back.

Nimue is calmer, had white tips on her tail feathers and has a perfect poof

I figured... she's one of my favorites too. Some storybook sample pics for my Sunday kids... they loved the Disney-esque drawings... I always put animals in the pics but couldn't figure how to incorporate chickens in a palace

Tx ~ Ginny sunning at the door. She's calmed down & the flock looks peaceful w/ her finally.. but since she dragged Suzu by the neck feathers, just in case Ginny goes nuts again, Suzu keeps her distance...
