Other than their adorable personalities, fluffy butts are definitely the cutest thing about chickens. They’re just amazing.

Reminds me of when I bought a local artist's painting of a goat doe and her two kids. My then-partner couldn't figure out why the artist painted the doe from her back end, you know, the place where she stored all the milk for the kids. If you grew up in the country, you know where the value is.

Love the last photo where one hen is clearly eyeing her nest box neighbor.
