Fluffy looses her balance

I have a (aprox) 4 year old Ameracana (sp) hen and she is stand funny with her head drooped over. When she stands up straight she sometimes looses her balance and does sort of a somersault. She can right herself but the fact that she does this worries me. I have added vitamins, selenium, electrolytes to her water. I am keeping her inside with the cold weather at night. Does anyone know what is happening with her.

Can you post a video or pictures of her? You are doing very good job with the vitamins and electrolytes. When was the last time she laid? What is her diet? Has she been eating?
