Hi all!

I have four little ducklings, two are three weeks old, and two are two weeks old. I've been feeding them Mazuri waterfowl starter and nutritional yeast and thankfully they've been doing well with it! At what point do I start transitioning them to adult feed? I have a bag of Kalmbach duck and goose feed for when it's time.

Thanks!
Pics because why not!

I need to double check, but I think the answer is when they are fully feathered like adults. I will edit when I check myt reference material.

Thank you! Would you be able to share what book you're referencing? I'd love to have a reliable resource to reference myself!

20 weeks. But it is complicated per the book.
Up to 8 weeks at the highest protein level. Then reduce it a bit then run that to 20 weeks, then vary if molting or laying. p250
