I got the recipe from a nurse I worked with - she called it Crack Dip, because people got addicted

Yes we have tried this but we do things a little different,were not much into the canned chicken so we use boiled chicken breast and then shred it instead.Also we just use the blu cheese dressing in the mix itself and just cheddar cheese on top. This is great with corn chips or put into a wrap.
