French Black Copper Maran experts; need your eyes! boys?

Might this be a good place to ask a similar question? I’ve got two black copper marans who are 7 weeks old. One with a nice copper neck dark body and small paler comb, who im pretty sure is an hen. The one pictured here has a brighter copper neck, seemingly pointier hackle feathers and more copper all over. That one has a slightly larger redder comb but nothing like the pics you posted. Both acting like hens (however we do already have one bossy male 8 week other breed whos running everyone’s show). curious to see what y’all think! I can try for pics of both if that’s helpful. They are pretty shy.

Female... The "more copper all over" your seeing is mossiness and should molt out.
