Frizzle Cochin hen 22 weeks - what age do they start to lay eggs?

Hi there, I am new to Frizzy Cochins. This is my little Frazzle, now 22 weeks. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what age do they start to lay eggs? My other hens started laying around 21 weeks. They are hybrids though. My frizzy cochin seems to be abit on the thin side and not matured the same way as my other hens. Her comb is still pale pink.

Also are Cochin a shy breed? I have tried to handle her everyday and she is still running away and struggling when getting handled.

Any advice will be most appreciated.
