Gamefowl for Egg Production

Is there a line of gamefowl that are broody muscular aggressive and constant layers

I have a gamefowl hen not sure if she is crossed but she lays about 6 eggs a week and have seen other hens around that lay about 4-6 eggs weekly without being crossed with any layer breed.

I mostly want gamefowl for the ornamental purpose and aggressive mothers that defends against start dogs and other predators.


I have layer hens but they are not broody.

Not in my experience. Generally they tend to lay a clutch, brood, raise, and repeat.

Broody and constant laying don't mix, because if they're laying constantly, they're not broody and if they're brooding, they're taking a break from laying

Just have a hatch x brownred with sweater x rhode island red pullet starting to lay brown eggs will hopefully lay daily

I have brown red x hatch hen that lays 6/week and has only gone broody twice this year so hopefully this pullet will do great.
