Geese droppings are watery with a little solid in it. Do I have a problem?

My geese droppings are very watery. They seem to be acting fine. Am I worried about nothing? Could this be a clue to my chickens and ducks no longer laying? I have been struggling with this issue all summer/fall. Since all my feathered friends co-mingle I am wondering if this is a clue to what is going on.

A pic would be great. My birds all live together and I haven't had any problems. Water fowl poop can be so different from one poop to the next because of what they eat and how much water they drink. Have you ever wormed and how large of area do you keep everyone in?
