Mixed breeds. I'd say they're around 12-14 weeks old. All look like pullets except the second white one. That one may be a cockerel.

Keep an eye on them. The one barred pullet looks ill.
What might be wrong with the fourth one with the head feather. The white one keeps bullying him so might be the cause picking on his head? Or he’s itching because of bugs they don’t have dirty to clean themselves. Or maybe something more serious?

I agree, you should keep an eye on the one in the fourth picture.

Could just be that he has a slight crest. Some chickens will pick on crested birds. Check him really good for mites/lice. Look below his vent and on his belly for egg clusters.

Sorry, thought this was a different thread!!! Have you checked them for lice/mites? Typically these are more than prevalent in older birds than chicks!

Are you sure there's only one Cockerel because I really think there's three.
How can I know and be sure? I tried the wing feather thing but the problem is that the a**hole that sold me the chicks almost destroyed their wings maybe trying to hind the feather type idk.

You can provide better pics of faces, but I'm pretty confident.

You cannot wing/feather sex these. That is only possible with certain crosses and within the first few days after hatch.
