I have a broody goose. But her eggs were not fertile because ...no male. So today I picked up a couple of 4-day old goslings. Neither she nor the goslings seem to be interested in each other. Any tips on getting them to bond?

Um I don't know much about geese but try peas? My ducks Bond over peas. If they are fighting then put the goose in a crate a the baby's facing her in a different crate to stop fighting but they can still talk it out in their own goose way. If peas doesn't help try putting them together in one crate or just give it time. GOOD LUCK!

If you take the gosling out daily and just hang around with them with you goose close by they will eventually begin to mingle. Right now if she isn't interested she won't keep them warm but give her a week or 2. So you'll need to brood them. When my goose lost her only gosling that was hatching she wouldn't even hardly come out of her house but the 2 day old goslings and I would go out everyday and just hang out in the area where her house is she eventually got curious and after 2.5 weeks was following us around with the gander behind her. At 3 weeks the gosling went to live with them full time. If she is still siting on eggs take them away and mess up the nesting area. Don't pen the goose and gosling together you have to give this time to work.
