Getting notifications for a different user???

Hi, there. I am getting notifications for another user about threads I've not posted in.

I got this notification:


And here's where I was supposedly quoted:

It is possible they had a quote of one of your posts in the queue.
If they did and hit insert quotes then realized they had an extra. Editing it out makes it disappear but you still got a notice.

I hope that made sense.
