Giving enrofloxacin (Baytril) a second time?

I treated my geese a while ago for a respiratory infection with enrofloxacin, symptoms got a lot better but never fully cleared after the 5 days. They are still having mild symptoms and I’m unsure if I should give them the same antibiotic again now that some time has passed and it hasn’t cleared up on its own, or treat with a different antibiotic. I know an immunity can be built up, and I haven’t treated prior because I assumed they would recover once living outside full time as the symptoms were barely noticeable. Now, they are still occasionally sneezing/coughing, my gander has one watery eye. When I treated the first time I may have dosed them improperly due to how rapidly they were gaining weight. Should I try again with Baytril or try something like tylan?
