LOL! This is to cool! Does anyone here have goats that pull carts? I think that this is the cutest thing ever! I can't wait to get my goats!

that is what my little goats would be doing if I even thought about letting them pull a cart/wagon. One could only wish..

It was quite common in the olden days for kids to play with goat carts - same as a pony trap.
I've even seen a picture of a kid with a turkey harnessed to a cart!

I have a pic of my moms namesake in a wagon hooked up to a goat. When I get goats I plan on training my buck to pull a wagon so I can use him for more than breeding the girls. I figure it will make it easier to haul stuff from the garden.

I love this picture:

Does anyone know who this photo belongs to?
Id like to give credit, and although I suspect that the original photographer isnt around anymore, it may be a photo of someone's relative. It was on my desktop and I cant remember who sent it to me.

I wanted a large goat for carting, but as things go I now have a pair of tiny NigerianxPygmy cross wethers. They are sooo tiny! I want to train then to pull my silkies in a cart!
I am trying to win a harness for training, so if anyone is interested in Goat Carting, please join this group and vote for my picture. Aleece Abramsky's photo. It is the photo of my son holding KiKi, who is wearing a hat!
Thanks.
