It's a Buff Orpington.

I clicked on this thread because there is a hybrid called "Buff Comet," and I haven't heard of them for years now. Basically what they are is a Golden Comet (hen) mixed with a Buff Orpington (rooster). I bred them for a short time and they were wonderful birds. The majority of them was a darker Buff color with a white tipped (or black tipped) tail and they were heavier than the Golden Comet.

Buff Comet pullet. ^^ They were not sex-linked, so both males and females had these markings.

(I originally heard of Buff Comets on this site a long time ago.)

I was thinking pullet when I looked at the pictures. How old is she? (She does have a lot of red in her face for a pullet, but I've had Orpington pullets get red in their faces at a young age before.)

4-5 weeks her comb or what would be a comb is very pail not very red at all

Buff isn't a breed, buff is a color. The Orpington is a breed, though, and the most popular variety would be the Buff Orpington. In fact, it is so popular that many people mistakenly believe that there is no other color of Orpington.
