Goose has some mouth injuries, will it heal?

Later in the day today I noticed one of my geese had these two wounds, the one inside the mouth had a little dried blood on it. I'm wondering if this is anything to worry about, and if it'll health on its own. It looks like the sharp edge of the inside of his mouth is chipped. the other is on the underside of the beak.

Im actually pretty new to keeping geese personally, but I have kept ducks for several years now. Typically a beak/bill injury like this one will heal on its own. Maybe you could help it heal better with some hydrogen peroxide on the worst bits. I will also give a link to an old thread for more info.

That will heal, there might be some dark bruising in some spots from trapped blood under the keratin but it isn’t much to worry about.
