Got 4 yr old chickens about 2 months ago and only one of them has been laying

Will they ever lay? Or are they too old? The one laying is a brown buff orpington, The other 2 are a leggin and a gray orpington.
I pamper them, and also allow them to free range during the day.
Feeding them organic layer pellets and they dont like it. Also meal worms and fruit and veggie scraps.

They may be adjusting to their new surroundings. I have 4 year old Buff Orpingtons, one lays but the other does not.

FYI, Orpingtons do not come in brown, but your grey bird may be a lavender Orpington. The white one does look like a Leghorn, perhaps the brown one is a brown Leghorn?

What breeds?
Can you post pictures of them?

Pictures may help us to see if they look worn out or in prime shape.
I see the brown one is laying! What color egg?
light brown and white, and purplish brown. Its always multiple colors
