Got 4 yr old chickens about 2 months ago and only one of them has been laying

Will they ever lay? Or are they too old? The one laying is a brown buff orpington, The other 2 are a leggin and a gray orpington.
I pamper them, and also allow them to free range during the day.
Feeding them organic layer pellets and they dont like it. Also meal worms and fruit and veggie scraps.

They look to be in good shape! Those red combs say they should be laying.

If you let them range they may be hiding nests. They can be quite sneaky when they head off to lay.

They may be adjusting to their new surroundings. I have 4 year old Buff Orpingtons, one lays but the other does not.

FYI, Orpingtons do not come in brown, but your grey bird may be a lavender Orpington. The white one does look like a Leghorn, perhaps the brown one is a brown Leghorn?

I've looked around before suspecting that as well. I have golfballs in the coop too, that's where coco lays her eggs

light brown and white, and purplish brown. Its always multiple colors

Are these these the hens that were scared and missing? If so, shock can also keep them from laying for a bit.

They definitely could be shook up from all that!
