  1. split the quail along the backbone with kitchen shears.
  2. Flatten by flexing breastbone
  3. Spray or brush with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
  5. Grill on medium heat for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes

Thanks for so many useful ideas. In general, to make a really good BBQ, you have to draw attention to many important aspects and take into account every detail. The most important thing is the meat. I personally always take fresh and quality meat because I understand that it is essential. Recently I also got the best Australian bbq thermometer because it is an important detail. I was amazed by the prices there and bought more like this. I love how it works.
