Growth on intestines??

Hello all, I just had to Butcher my first chicken today and when I was pulling out the guts, I saw all these weird growths attached on the outside of the intestines. Is this normal? And should I be worried about it?

I think the small growths could be possibly be cancer. Some viruses such as Mareks disease and Lymphoid leukosis can cause tumors on organs. Did your chicken have any symptoms of illness?

This one did, but it developed sour crop not very long ago and we were planning on butchering them anyway
