Growth on turkey beak and neck

Plz help my turkey! I've raised chickens and ducks my whole life so turkeys r very new to me and they r family! My 5 week old has a huge growth on her neck and on the side is her beak that's growing very rapidly and I don't know what to do! Any advice would be wonderful

You need to post good clear photos of the turkey with the affected areas visible.
