What is this color? Hen is Blau over EB/Rosetta and rooster is pearl (Italian fee). I thought he (5 week old rooster) was Blau Rosetta like the hen but his head looks a little Italian. Breast is definitely barred. None of my other eb birds have ever had the italianish head. No pansy/sparkly in flock. Roux, fee, Blau, present. Is it eb Blau with Italian influence or just a weird looking Rosetta Blau? Some feathers are a bit beige too.

Pretty bird but just when you think you figure out the color basics the multigenetic phenotypes through something ridiculous at you! I’ll go with eb Blau (and likely Italian carrier) at this point unless anyone has a better guess.
