Guinea fowl chick eye

My guinea fowl chick has one eye that looks like this, I don’t know what to do about it, it’s blurry and small and it’s been like this for a few days. Does anyone know how to fix this? I posted one pic of her normal eye and 2 pics of her sick eye
for comparison.

I would get some Bausch and Lomb Eye Relief eye wash or saline, and rinse her eye out twice a day. Clean out any pus or crusties. Then apply a small bit of Terramycin eye ointment from the feed store into the eye twice daily.If that is not available, use plain Neosporin ointment. Another chick may have pecked and injured the eye.

You may also buy the poultry wound spray and spritz the eye with it.
