I have not looked into shipping until now. I am in Il and I don't have a fee to get NPIP but I have not done it yet. I wish you were just on this side of Il and I would love you give you some keets. I hope you find someone close by

Someone in Augusta had 7 keets for sale on Craigslist. That's about a 90 minute drive from you. Did you post on the cheeseheads thread? Speedee delivery will deliver birds. I've had adult ducks shipped from MN and they delivered for $20. That might be an option if you find a breeder.
