Hairy Hen

I have a good mix of egg laying farmyard mix chickens and some are gorgeous. This one is strange though. She is the sweetest thing but she has hair instead of feathers. What is her background? They are all healthy and her family members are all feathered.

There might have been some Silky genes in her ancestry.

She is pretty! And like @LaFleche said, probably Silkie genes in her. But LOOK AT HER EYE!!!!! Gorgeous!

Many chickens have spotted or blotchy eyes.

what do you mean? I am perfectly fine. What I meant to say was that it was the pretties "Cornish" hen I have seen. I didn't mean that I was sure it was a Cornish.

Guess I should've put that from the beginning.
