Hard pecking my hand

Our chicks are almost 3 weeks old. I have been hand feeding the starter food made into a mash every other day. They love it but now Venus, who I think is a black astrolorp, pecks really hard, like she can’t get enough. It hurts! Is there anything I can do? The one in front is Venus. She is so curious and seems bigger and more advanced than the other 6. Thanks!
