Has this egg stopped developing?

Its day 7 of incubation, i have eggs with no development at all, eggs with moving embryos, this has what i presume is an embryo but with a red line thru it

Thank you! When do you recommend taking ones out that arent developing? Whats your opinion on this one too, similar to the phots i posted in this thread but a smaller red blob

I'd give it 3 days.
