Hatching duckling emergency

I incubated 10 fresh eggs. I have a baby hatching right now, it started to hatch almost 48 hours ago and there is a small hole the size of a nickel. It looks like there is foam coming out of it's mouth and appears to have labored breathing.

Please advise me of what I should and shouldn't do. :-(
