Just made this account but I was looking for some help

Background:
Golden Comet chickens, ages 3-4.5 years old

Around a month or two ago I noticed some of my chickens had begun sneezing/coughing (I can not tell the difference unfortunately) there is only 4 chickens and they do it occasionally and but I notice it more when they are in their coup/shed we use to keep them safe at night, the bedding is straw and we put that for the winter to help with heat and have noticed it gets dusty. All 4 chickens sneeze but one of them exhales but is auditory and no quiet but only when I pick them up aside from that they act fine, another thing they have is runny poop and all different kinds of runny poop but alongside having runny poop I have seen them all have good normal healthy poops. Those are the main symptoms, my thought is that maybe the shed we have them in because it gets dusty it causes problems, and when I take them out of the shed for the day they sneeze and then stop then maybe sneeze once but its only one of them and then no one sneezes, and when they are in coup i notice 2 of them sneeze when eating fast or drinking water.

Sorry for the long background but wanted to cover as many bases as possible

Symptoms:

All 4 chickens
Sneezing/coughing (unable to define one or the other as this is my first)
Very runny poop sometimes black but also poops normal

I would like to get any help I can get cause I am unsure of what to do

Treatment Plan:
As of right now I plan on buying "Tylosin Powder " from (https://jedds.com/products/tylosin-powder?variant=40215652630717)

but again am unsure of what to do for them and want to help them as I care for them as pets

Diet: Their diet is primary layer feed pellets, oyster shells, and foraging in the yard, so eating bugs all the sorts

Poop: The poop is normal in the morning but throughout the day they have wattery green poop, and sometimes some of them have clear or chunky green poop. But then the poop goes back to normal after a couple hours

Wormed: I have not de wormed them but I treated them for Coccidiosis last year as one hen had a bit of bloody poop and they stopped having the bloody poop after a week

And for the sneezing video, yes that is how it sounds, very high pitch with a head turn, I have seen all of my chickens do it once a day and then don't do it again but sometimes it is more

:welcome

Whats their diet?
Could you take a picture of their poop?
Have they been wormed recently?

I found this video on Facebook which shows a chicken sneezing, does it sound like that?
Good luck with your flock!
I have an update on the poop, the second is how they pooped in the morning but the first one is when I went to go check on them
